Crispy Seaweed Crackers

Love crispy snacks? Give these homemade Crispy Seaweed Crackers a try! They’re super easy to make, and when you fry them up with Mazola cooking oil, you’ll get that irresistible crunch and amazing flavor. Snack time just got better! 😋🥢

Ingredients:
1 egg
6 pieces spring roll wrapper
6 pieces roasted seaweed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Mazola oil

Instructions:

  1. Crack an egg into a bowl. Put in pepper and salt, mix it.
  2. Put a layer of spring roll wrapper on the work surface.
  3. Blush a layer of egg mixture on the spring roll wrapper.
  4. Put a layer of roasted seaweed on the spring roll wrapper.
  5. Blush another layer of egg mixture on top of the seaweed layer. Put aside and let it dry.
  6. Cut each piece into nine (9) small pieces.
  7. Pour 600 ml of Mazola oil in a wok and heat up to 150°C.
  8. Use a low heat to fry until the white popiah skin turns into light golden brown.

Enjoy and don’t forget to store the seaweed crackers inside an air-tight container!
