Ingredients
220 grams of wheat flour
60 grams of rice flour
1 coconut
5 eggs
250 grams of powdered sugar
500 ml of water
A pinch of salt
Mazola Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Eggs and powdered sugar are beaten until smooth.
2. Sift the wheat flour together with the rice flour.
3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir gently until well combined.
4. Gently add the coconut milk and stir until the dough is well combined.
5. Heat the Mazola oil together with the recipe for sapit cake.
6. Pour one to two tablespoons of batter into a mold and fold it into the Mazola oil for frying.
7. When the dough has dried, the crust of the sapit cake will become the outside of the mold.
8. Slow down the heat and scrape off the skin on the edges of the mold.
9. Open the mold lid and take out the contents to fold immediately.
10. Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container.
