INGREDIENTS
- 1kg chicken
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 350g potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1½ liters water
- 1tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the chicken into big chunks. Cut 2 tomatoes and 1 large onion into wedges.
- Peel and cut 2 carrots and 2 potatoes into chunks.
- Place the chicken, tomatoes, onion, carrots, potatoes, white pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt into a soup pot.
- Pour 1½ liters of water. Bring it to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
