Scotch Eggs

Scotch eggs can be this easy?🥚😲 This is a recipe so amazing that it is almost impossible not to share it with our fans! Here’s a Scotch Egg recipe for you guys today😄

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 1kg of mince meat
  • 4 cups of breadcrumbs
  • Mazola oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil eggs for 6 minutes, then cool and peel them. 
  2. Flatten the meat into patties on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap around each egg.
  3. Lightly flour the sausage layer, then coat it with the beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Deep-fry the wrapped eggs until they’re golden brown. 
  5. Cut in half and serve.
