INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1kg of mince meat
- 4 cups of breadcrumbs
- Mazola oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil eggs for 6 minutes, then cool and peel them.
- Flatten the meat into patties on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap around each egg.
- Lightly flour the sausage layer, then coat it with the beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry the wrapped eggs until they’re golden brown.
- Cut in half and serve.
