Kek Batik Dark Chocolate Ganache

✅ Cake Ingredients:

  • 600g Marie Biscuits
  • 200g Salted Butter
  • 153g Condensed Milk
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 120g Milo Powder
  • 118ml Hot Water
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

✅ Dark Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:

  • 200ml Whipping Cream
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tablespoon Salted Butter


1️⃣ Break Marie Biscuits into small pieces. Set aside.

2️⃣ Melt salted butter, add in condensed milk, cocoa powder and milo powder. Mix well.

3️⃣ Add hot water, egg and vanilla essence into the cocoa mixture. Mix until mixture is smooth.

4️⃣ Mix in Marie Biscuit Pieces little by little.

Line a 9×9 inch baking tray with parchment paper.

5️⃣ Pour the prepared Marie Biscuit mixture into the baking tray. Lightly press biscuit mixture until level.

6️⃣ Place the tray in fridge to cool while you prepare Dark Chocolate Ganache.

✅ Dark Chocolate Ganache Preparation:

1️⃣ Heat whipping cream until you see smoke rise.

2️⃣ Pour hot whipping cream onto chopped Dark Chocolate.

3️⃣ Add salted butter and vanilla essence.

4️⃣ Mix well until mixture is smooth and glossy.

5️⃣ Pour Dark Chocolate Ganache onto cooled biscuit mixture.

✅ Important Tips:

1️⃣ Use low heat for all preparations.

2️⃣ Wait 2-3minutes for the biscuit mixture to soften a little before pouring it into the baking tray.

3️⃣ Use good quality Dark Chocolate for yummier dessert!
