✅ Tools:
- Measuring Cup
- Sift
- Roti Jala Cup (Easily available at baking stores)
- Non-Stick Pan
- Oil Brush
- Spatula
✅ Ingredients:
- 150g All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp Ground Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- 180ml Coconut Milk
- 180ml Water
- Vegetable Oil (To grease pan)
✅ Instructions:
1️⃣ Sift flour and ground turmeric into a large bowl.
2️⃣ Add in salt, egg, coconut milk and water. Mix until smooth.
3️⃣ Strain batter to remove lumps.
4️⃣ With medium heat, brush vegetable oil onto non-stick pan.
5️⃣ Pour batter into roti jala cup. (Approx. half full)
6️⃣ Move the cup in a circular motion over the pan to form the ‘jala’ pattern
7️⃣ Cook until set. (Approx. 2 minutes)
8️⃣ Slide crepe out of pan ontop a plate.
9️⃣ Repeat until batter has been used up.
🔟 Let cool and then fold both edges of the crepe and roll it up.
