Pontianak Fried Eggs

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Mazola Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1-2 chili padi
  • 2 tsp kecap manis
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 60ml water
  • Mushroom seasoning powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Fry 2 eggs in Mazola Oil on high heat until crispy
  2. Stir fry 1 shallot, 1 clove garlic, and 1-2 chili padi
  3. Add sweet mixture, 2 tbsp kecap manis, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, and 60ml water
  4. Season with mushroom seasoning powder
  5. Add the 2 fried eggs
  6. Simmer for a few seconds
  7. Serve straight with fried rice!
