INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Mazola Oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 chili padi
- 2 tsp kecap manis
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 60ml water
- Mushroom seasoning powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry 2 eggs in Mazola Oil on high heat until crispy
- Stir fry 1 shallot, 1 clove garlic, and 1-2 chili padi
- Add sweet mixture, 2 tbsp kecap manis, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, and 60ml water
- Season with mushroom seasoning powder
- Add the 2 fried eggs
- Simmer for a few seconds
- Serve straight with fried rice!
